Emilcar's response to advanced automation

Last Friday, January 20, Emilcar We were being asked a question / challenge: I wanted to do an automation from HomeKit to send us a message if a sensor detects something, for example if a low temperature sensor of 19 degrees.

It has to be said that I am not a fan of such automations, what I want is for the house to react alone, so in order to give several alternatives I moved the question to Telegram’s group And we’ve given three pretty creative answers.

My favorite is the response of Berto, a partner of the Telegram group, who comments that this notification could be made through Controller for HomeKit, which would also make it ‘clickable’ and we could run actions from the same notification. I told you about it at the entrance. Advanced notifications in HomeKit and episode number 42 of the podcast.

Some of the products and devices I tell you about in the podcast:

Eve’s smart plug (Thread, you don’t need bridge)Intelligent Philips Hue (Zigbee, needs the Philips bridge)Shelly 1Tado v3 wp: block {«ref»: 1612} /
