Migrate zigbee devices to threaten yes or no

Both en entry as in the previous podcast episodeI told you I was migrating some of my Zigbee 3.0 devices that were working PERFECTLY to Thread devices… and, of course, some of you asked me why. The simple answer is Because I’m a liao who likes to get complicated. And the truth is, I don’t see any other explanation!
The devices I’ve migrated to Thread and the automations involved in these devices are working EXACTALY as well as before… but I’ve spent a lot of money on new devices.
It is true that it seems that Thread and Matter are going to be imposed on the market, in the ESC of 2023 a lot of new devices have been presented compatible with the new standard, but today they give us absolutely nothing with respect to zigbee 3.0. If you have a good network of Zigbee-compatible devices, I would recommend you not to migrate to the new standard. wp: block {«ref»: 1612} /
