One more year, I’m gonna try to collect the most interesting domestic-related offers that appear in the days before the Black Friday and during the cyber Monday. It’s a good time to advance Christmas shopping… but as I always say,the important thing is to cover real needs that we have instead of letting ourselves be dragged by an offer however greedy it is )
I’m going to ‘reorder’ the article so that the first offer is the most relevant, either because it’s a very interesting mess or by the discount.
For my part, this year I want to buy some more Netatmo valve for the radiators, I still have one left for ‘domotizar’ because at the time it was not necessary, but if a good offer appears the same I buy the ones I lack and so I have them all the same.
Ring Intercom: Automate the phone with a 63% discount!
I love this mess. I told you about him. in episode 55 of the podcast And I’m more happy every day. Don’t think it’s the typical relay that allows you to send the pulse needed to open the door of the portal, that was done before with a Shelly. The Ring allows you to communicate with anyone on the portal as if it were a phone call even from outside the house so that you can open it to leave it in the mailbox or in the fallow, etc.
Integrates with Home Assistant And from there you can take it to HomeKit and the House app without problems.
Of course. You can also open directly… or create some advanced automation like I have so that if any of my children press the doorbell 3 times in a row, the door of the portal will be opened automatically..
Netatmo thermostat and intelligent valves for radiators with a 40% discount
My favorite option to manage a boiler and its radiators in a smart way. I’ve been with them a long time, and the truth is, I’m so delighted. The advantage of having Netatmo’s devices is that they can ‘talk’ to each other, so if a radiate requests a temperature above that you have set up at that time, turn on the boiler to heat that room and then it goes out.
In one of the podcast episodes He told you how he had migrated the environments and automations of the Netatmo application to the HomeKit House app without any problems and now he detects the devices at home to know which rooms should have the radiator open and which can be closed.
It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s the one that works best. Fully recommended, I’ll use it to buy some more valve.
The thermostat for the boiler (not wired, connected directly) with a 39% discount!Intelligent thermostatic valves for radiators with a 39% discount
The Shellys with a 30% discount!!
If you’re getting started on this domotics thing, you might not know what a Shelly is. It’s basically a smart relay that will solve the problem you’ve had when you started in domotics: you may have bought a smart bulb, set it from your mobile, all perfect… but if someone touches the switch and cuts the light to the bulb, goodbye. Besides that they then touch the switch again in case it has failed but the bulb is still off because it’s how it was before, so there’s a panic moment thinking it’s fused or something’s not working properly.
The Shelly are placed for example behind the switch so you can send the signal to turn on or off the lights. In this way, the switch continues to work like a lifetime but from your mobile or your voice assistant you can create automations or turn on / off manually. You can also put it on motorized shutters to automate, etc.
I have an article about it where I was sorry I didn’t know them before I got involved with the cost of smart light bulbs.
The point is, they’re with a 30% discount on the Shelly Spain websiteAnd this is weird! So run and buy a few even if you don’t know what you’re going to use them for, we’ll find them useful later;)
The 2K camera of Eufy with a 3% discount
You know I’m not a security camera fan. I’ve been testing Aqara’s and my wife told me that our eldest son is 16 years old and it might be that he came home taking advantage that we’re not with some couple and that he deserved to have that privacy, so I gave it back. Since then I have had no more, but I have helped several friends to ride them in their homes, both inside and outside.
Eupy’s 2K camera is a very good choice for interiors, compatible with HomeKit and Secure Video, people recognition, etc. These days it is with a 30% discount that makes it a very attractive purchase below 35 €.
eufy Security Indoor CAM 2KYour little sister is also on offer with 35% and stays below 30 €:
The Eero Mesh routers with 48% off!!
One of the best investments we can make at home to ensure that all connected cams work well and without cover or cut problems is to set up a Mesh network, We’ve already talked about this at some point.
The Eero routers are compatible with HomeKit, which allows us to limit the connectivity of different devices to the Internet in a very simple way (it is a drop-down within the Home app). It is true that they are not ‘for all the public’, as there are advanced users who want to create their own firewall rules, VLans, etc… but for example they are worth perfectly, I have forgotten all that ‘cachareo’ because the Eero works so well that I have not seen myself in the need to create different virtual networks or to create rules manually. Completely linked with them! In my case I have 1 Pro + 1 extension from the previous model (the current has Wifi 6), the
Which is more than enough for my 160m house.
Remember that for them to create the Mesh network you need 2, huh? If you only have 1 it works very well but you won’t have all the advantages of a Mesh network.
Oh, and Zigbee repeater!

For Alexa fans who want to start at home: Echo Show 5 + smart plug Philips Hue with 52% off
Some of Telegram’s colleagues use Alexa in their day-to-day to create automations and send voice commands to the house. A few years ago I was testing the ecosystem and it didn’t convince me, it was not possible to create conditioned or chained automations based on values that gave you another sensor or things like that.
They say that most people start out on this domotics thing with a smart bulb, which I personally think is a mistake, a smart plug is much more functional and easy to implement… if you start from the bulb, you’re going to find that it’s always off-line because people squeeze the switch for life, cutting the current to the smart bulb.
In any case, This is a good pack to start and start to mess with automations and voice commands. Remember that the smart plug of Philips Hue does NOT show the consumption of the domestic or lamparite you have connected to it, but on the contrary it is very robust and does not fail NUNCA.
Echo Show 5 + intelligent Hue plug with a 52% discount
These are some of the offers that have caught my attention most, but I’ll update the entrance during these days. to include everything that goes down price in a considerable way and can solve real needs in House!
And If with the money you’ve saved you want to buy me a coffee or help me buy some more home moves and be able to tell you the bronzes that fall on me… just click on the left button of the coffee cup! From now on, I thank you!
